HailMate finds your next roof

From the hail map to the final check

Hail maps, canvassing, roofing CRM, estimates and payments — one app, from $79/mo flat.

Your state at street level, the crew on it, and the claim behind it — from $79/mo.

NEEDED: the HailMate canvassing map on a phone with hail swaths drawn over a recognisable metro — color-banded polygons by stone size sitting under the canvassing pins, a size legend, and the storm-date selector visible. Current asset shows the pins without the swaths; the hero must show the hail itself.

Everyone else sells you the map. Ours brings the crew with it.

One bill covers the map and everything after it — the crew working the swath, the claim, the estimate, the check. A month of it costs less than one storm report from a map vendor.

How it works

Four steps, one app, one login

The storm hits on Sunday. Here is Monday.

  1. 01

    Find the storm

Three years of NOAA hail, banded by stone size, on your map.

  2. 02

    Work the street

Send the crew inside the swath. Every door logged by GPS.

  3. 03

    Run the claim

The storm date fills the date of loss. Stages built for restoration.

  4. 04

    Get paid

Estimates become invoices. Every insurance check tracked.

Step 01 · Find the storm

See which streets actually took hail

NOAA-verified hail swaths render street by street on your map, color-banded by stone size. Storm mode filters the map to the blocks inside the latest swath, so “where do we knock today?” stops being a guess and starts being a route.

  • Swaths banded by size — 0.75″, 1″, 1.5″, 2″+
  • 7, 30, 90-day and full-year storm views
  • Every pin carries the hail size and storm date
HailMate canvassing map covering the Nashville area with dozens of color-coded hail swath polygons overlaid on the streets. A legend in the corner bands the swaths by stone size — 0.75 inch, 1 inch, 1.5 inch, and 2 inch and up — with 7-day, 30-day, 90-day and 1-year storm views and an 'only pins in hail' toggle. Canvassing pins and job markers sit on top of the swaths.
HailMate canvassing map on a phone. A neighborhood street map with dozens of colored pins showing door-knock outcomes, the rep's current location highlighted, a route line connecting knocked houses, and a counter at the top reading 'Today: 42 knocks, 6 appointments'. A bottom sheet shows one address with buttons to log the result.
Step 02 · Work the street

Canvassing that runs on the storm map

Your reps knock inside the swath, and HailMate logs every door and outcome by GPS on the same map. You see which streets you’ve hit, who said yes, and exactly where to send the crew next — no guessing, no double-knocking the same house.

  • See your whole team on one live map
  • Log an outcome in two taps from the doorstep
  • Open with proof: “your street took 1.5″ on June 14th”

Step 03 · Run the claim

Every claim, from first knock to final check

The knock is the start, not the job. The full CRM is included — a pipeline built for how insurance roofing jobs actually move, so you always know what each job is waiting on, who owns the next step, and which claims are about to stall.

  • The storm date fills the date of loss automatically
  • Stages built for storm restoration work
  • Catch stalled claims before they go cold
Explore the claims pipeline
HailMate claims pipeline board on the web. Kanban-style columns for stages like Inspection, Claim Filed, Adjuster Meeting, Approved, Supplementing, Build Scheduled, Build Complete, Invoiced, and Paid. Each column holds job cards showing the homeowner name, carrier, claim amount, and days-in-stage. A summary bar across the top shows total pipeline value and jobs awaiting action.
HailMate invoicing and payments screen. An invoice for a hail job showing line items and total, the amount already received from the insurance carrier, the remaining balance, and a card and ACH payment option the homeowner can pay from. A status rail tracks the ACV check, the depreciation check and the mortgage endorsement against the job.
Step 04 · Get paid

Stop chasing the last check

The signed estimate becomes the invoice, the invoice takes a card or ACH, and every insurance check is tracked against the job. You always know what is still owed and who owes it.

  • Estimate to invoice without retyping it
  • ACV, depreciation and mortgage endorsement tracked separately
  • Homeowners pay by card or ACH from the invoice

Less than most crews pay for maps alone

Hail Recon publishes $999–1,999 a year for maps alone. HailTrace won’t publish a number at all. HailMate starts at $79 with the maps, the canvassing, and the whole CRM in it.
